TaFong Flour Mill Introduction
 
In 1945, after the Second World War, Taiwan was devastated, and the people lived in poverty, especially in terms of food. That all the grain was requisitioned by the Japanese  during the war, and the production was not on the track, people of insight believed that in order to stabilize the people's livelihood, someone needed to take the challenge to develop the food industry first. Tafong Flour Mill accepted this challenge and on September 30, 1949, took over the "Tiafong Flour Mill" and was officially renamed "Tafong Flour Mill" to contribute to Taiwan in flour industry. 
 
However, at the time, Taiwan's wheat raw materials were extremely scarce, and it could only be made for one or two months, so it was impossible to continue the production. When it was about to be cut off, fortunately, since 1951, the United States has aided wheat to Taiwan and Tafong Flour Mill's business has started to in the right track. In order to expand the business and improve the quality of flour, the new factory was completed and moved to the new location in 1964. Seeing the company's growing better and business getting stronger, with all the efforts to overcoming all the colleagues from external environment and fierce competition in the same industry. 
 
For now, all employees work together continually to create the miracle of 76 years of Tafong. The society is stable now, food safety has become an important issue in Taiwan, Tafong Flour Mill continues to produce high-quality flour for Taiwan with its original intention.
